On paper, each of your line item points is great and you're certainly trying to be thorough as you lay out what you plan to offer.

Layout the really big vision you want to achieve.

Main thing is to make sure you have a clearly defined scope of wok and you lay out clear expectations of what you want done and when it needs to be complete.

The data gets published all over the internet via Realtor.com and other agents' web sites, as well as affiliated sites like Trulia and Zillow.

a good wholesaler doesn't find properties from the MLS...every investor has internet access and an agent...why would we pay you to find us that property that we already know about??

I prefer the desktop software as opposed to the online version, just because it allows me to have my data available anywhere my laptop might be (whether or not I have Internet access).I tend to upgrade every 3 years or so -- generally there aren't any updates so important or useful that having to update is necessary, and my accountant will support QB versions back 10 years.That said, I know a few people who use the online version and they like it...

I am also open to internet - brokerages like allison james, which I don't know much about.
