If anyone that has been through a similar situation with experience can give me any feedback/advice I would greatly appreciate it.Unfortunately I have not been able to find a good asset protection attorney that is genuine and actually cares.

I can even do it with a genuinely kind smile on my face. 

This will be a chance for us to talk about what inspired us, where we have questions, and how we can become more effective investors.

In addition, my Thursday show focuses solely on helping to educate and inspire the new passive investor.

Can't speak for any state in particular, but I would think a spouse's genuinely separate property should not subject to capture on account of an alimony order. 

Some people I thought would help did not come through, but I did eventually find some great people who understand my vision, share in my goals, and genuinely want to help.

I'd volunteer to participate and would like to see any tips or inspiration from other small-medium self-managing landlords.Just brainstorming.  

I have been binging on podcasts, YouTube videos and Audible from the Bigger Pockets community and feeling more inspired than ever to take action.I currently own and live in Tonasket, WA - which is about 15 miles from my income property in a resort community of about 150 cottages in Oroville, WA. 

(areas that genuinely got remodeled got new wiring and proper grounds and GFCI where applicable.)I understand this to be a code violation but as the occupant, I was aware there was no equipment ground but am now looking to move.To sell the house, what are my best options?
