Go for it because it's great practice for you, but be prepared for frustration and be ready to move on to something else.

One of the frustrations I have is real estate investors (and everyone else) is folks turning themselves in pretzels trying to stay above the fray. 

It turned out to be a combination of learning a lot, frustration and analysis paralysis.

After a frustrating year looking at real estate deals I was desperate to find something, and it had to make me money pretty darn quick.

Re asses yourself, if they Purchased with another Agent either you didn’t do your Job right or you didn’t had that Rapport with client. there is bad Clients too, or another Agent showed them a Value you lacked.I know how frustrating it can be pouring your time & emotions in to the deal.learn from it.

(I tried TurboTax once at the same time, but got frustrated and went back to Taxact) The last couple of years, though, I've run the final return by my CPA just to see if anything jumps out at him.

Two of my three managers don't have finders fees, and the one that does is really frustrating when there's turnover.
