I'm planning on getting a cash out refinance on it, and I'm wondering what your of food will get me the most back when I refinance.

Its hard to mess up real estate if you are in a food area.

Just like with food - everyone has to eat; with houses - everyone needs a place to live.  

Specially at places where Amazon has Whole Foods stores where they can fill immediate prescriptions as well.

Beyond buying food, clothing, and basic shelter, and maybe paying to correct health issues, all other spending is "discretionary", so it really doesn't make any difference if your hobby is playing golf or paying down your mortgage. 

@Raylene Luckett Froman now that AirBNB is public, they will be responsible to their share holders.

Anyway, that's what we're doing - food for thought.

Totally guessing, but I think that your offer is low enough that the holder will get more out of foreclosing and reselling it than your offer. 

Functionally you are an interest-holder in the property and you are leasing out that interest.
