Many of these homes also feature structural damage like holes in the roof or boarded up windows.

Go on Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow etc... and see what similar units with similar features are going for in your area.

The same thing is happening with permanent insurance.And since there are the additional features of a permanent death benefit and disability waiver, this "savings account" (insurance policy) self-completes all the deposits you would have made into it, over the course of your working life, in the event you die or become disabled.
