Introduction Post Inland Empire

Posted

Hello all,

My name is Chris I am new to the real estate world. I currently live in Southern California and is looking to learn and invest in local Southern California market preferably in the Inland Empire and also out of state as most of the rental properties here are over $100k. The information here and what I have been gathering so far between the podcast and a few books have been eye opening. I look forward to meeting and sharing ideas with you guys. To the people whom I have listened to so far on the Bigger pockets podcast, thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
