I dont think there is one on tearing down a house , sometimes you have to do the old fashion way , call a contractor on the phone and get an estimate .  

It is always easier to start out as a real estate investor if you have a good job that can bring you good old fashioned W-2 income.

     I am using wheelhouse with some success, and they have lots of rules-based over-rides that help me tune my prices by season and weekend/weekday since their algo isn't all that sharp.  

Your first property is stressful enough without airplane rides, taxis, and snow removal.
