Now we pay 2 times a month and to keep my crews in Charleston I pay weekly.I under stand small time GC that do rental rehabs they need weekly pay.. as they can't carry jobs like established subs .My dry wall sub has 600 employees if that gives you an indication of their size... .And I can tell you the better and larger subs right now are killing it....

(I am not intrigued by crawling on my hands and knees laying tile, or dry walling any longer) and my question is, Why do some investors have an LLC. and others simply keep their jobs, and just purchase property after property and never went through the "trouble" of setting up a business.
