I have 15 years experience in running a manufacturing business (kitchen cabinets) but don't have real estate experience.I want to quit my job and become an entrepreneur and after much research, home flipping seems to be my best option.Reading other posts implies that cost of capital is very high in rehab and having cash will provide a competitive advantage.

I have followed the step by step instructions that I have read in many of the books and blogs available, and after two weeks of posting on Craigslist, and passing out marketing cards; I still haven't done a deal (I get a lot of calls from other investors though).

There is a product called JOMAX, you can find it at Home Depot or Lowes.Mix per instructions w/ bleach water in a pump sprayer and just soak the affected area.
