I especially like the $25 email fee I have seen on some of my Chicago closings.When I have seen that fee, I have paused the closing and told the closer to get that off the HUD or we ain't closing.Here is the key, by LAW you are supposed be able to review the HUD prior to settlement.

I do a ton of marketing to people in BK, and yes the Releif is filed for by the lender and it is a federal document that is filed as BK if a federal process.There are actually 2 great people that have developed a list of BK listings you can mail to depending on the area of the country, they might be in your area.I think they do Atlanta, Detroit, Chicago and a few other placeshttp://www.PostBankruptcyReport.com

I am in need of a lease to purchase contract that I was hoping someone would be able to e-mail me and let me use/modify theirs.....I have a tenant who is in a property of mine & wants to buy in about a year or two...I would like to give her an option to buy it, but she has to wait AT least a year....but I would like to be able to allow her to exercise heroption at any time after that year....Would someone have something that I could use (preferably for free)...that way I could modify it to suit what I need???
