Since unlicensed assistants cannot be offering advice or engaging in real estate activities that will not be happening in that mannerFYI- Before someone brings it up, while I list myself as a Broker, it has been at least a couple of decades since I represented buyers and sellers for a living so I have no dog in the fight.

They may not be a member of NAR and this doesn't exactly fit this situation exactly but I'm sure the their broker and state would agree that their behavior was unethical and unprofessional.
