Curious to hear stories on how much sellers were willing to move after the buyers discovered more serious issues.  

We've flipped for years and now do buy and hold, so we've had a decent amount of experience, but we are still learning a lot from those podcasts, and some of the great blog articles here on BP!

There are some really good blog posts here on BP about finding the value of a property. 

In addition to the podcasts, blogs and forums.

Paula Pant wrote a recent post on her blog (affordanything.com) about renting spare rooms. 

You may be able to find a list of keywords somewhere but simply just stuffing those in blog posts isn't going give you the results you want.

Between the podcasts, forums and blogs, there is sooo much information in here.

With help from Biggerpockets' books, blogs and community help, along with finding a mentor and creating a team, I believe REI is the best option for me.
