Hey guys,

Just wanted to say hi and I'm really enjoying the site. I'm a new investor. I have recently purchased a triplex and a duplex in my hometown. I am currently waiting to close on my first SFR. Can't wait to continue my learning here on the site. I just started working my way through the podcasts as well. Hope to meet some new people soon!
