if you have lots of cracks in the sidewalk / driveway and you have trip hazards then you will prob. lose - but it may be worth it.You need to be careful though as in some counties these guys have some strong attitudes - some are super nice - some have a bad day everyday.You do not want to argue or raise your voice - if anything - try to cry - (not a sexist statement - if your a guy - cry).Not not going to win by being loud and rude so be nice - pleasant and make your case.Just know if you do this that one inspector will always have it out for you.

Except:Some gurus are clearly better than others, but if they are a guru, charging high fees I've never heard of one that didn't have to had sizzle and fluff to impress the student and that is where they get off track legally, ethically and as to some program being difficult to replicate in reality.
