This is a life safety issue and accurate information is critical. 

A chronologically consistent payment of returns is critical.

Staging the home, finding the right price, fielding offers, negotiating, avoiding potential problems before they happen are all critical components of the process.

My observations are that it takes a certain critical mass of experience to be good, but beyond that personal qualities (motivation/attitude, capacity and hunger to learn, honesty w/ yourself, etc) are a far better indicator of whether a person will be successful than experience.

And the most common form of ignorance (in my experience) is the simplification of an idea to an extent that all critical thinking and logic is removed and irretrievably lost.The author of this piece is has fallen victim to that ignorance, at least in this article.

Hopefully its clear that I wasn't trying to put you in the hot seat and was not being critical.

They might not be able to wrap their head around the possibility that it makes their beloved company look bad when they respond to criticism or unwelcome news that not everything is going great for everyone as if it were an attack.
