There is a REI club in my area called Lifestyles Unlimited. I have had a lender, who presents material at these meetings recommend them to me and recently had a random phone call with a potential client (I found out he owns 20 rental properties as a result of some small talk) at my day job recommend Lifestyles Unlimited.

Do any of you have experience with this organization? It looks like it is across the major cities in Texas and maybe national. They ask a annual membership fee of 740/year, 500 for the first year as a special. Sounds kind of expensive...
