Plenty of pots and pan, casserole dishes, pie plates etc etc.We constantly get compliments on the kitchen and how people can cook any kind of meal.  

Day in the life- Constructing a New Facility location23 June 2020, 08:39 We are starting our 8th and final storage location.

It is a lot.Here is some items:Furniture and stuff to hang on wallEnd tables and lampsSheets, mattress and  pillow protectors, flatware, knvives, plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, paper products like TP and paper towels, towels, washer and dryer is good to have.Internet and cable or Satellite plus nice TV, or more than one?

@Dillon Cook we just said "no" to a potential client last week, that told us they wouldn't pay a Placement Fee of any type on Class C rentals.Claimed they weren't paying for their portfolios in Florida and St Louis.

Have the chef cook you a meal, have the house keeper clean your house, have the massage lady come to your house and give you a massage. 

Kids kept me company & daughter cooked for me, etc., while we all lived in my house.

@Anna Dmitruk Most mobile home / RV facilities do not allow short-term rentals, did you have one in mind? 

Also consider the condition of the laundry facilities....a dark and dingy room in the basement that looks like you could get mugged in is not going to do as well as a brightly lit, large and clean room with clean machines.  

I don't think anyone I have talked to in Banking believes that at this time.. at least I am still getting some pretty sizable credit facilities and some that are so big they Know I cant stroke a check to pay them back they know the only way to retire the loan is to build the homes and sell them..

If those units are located within the City of Chicago or Cook County hire a pro landlord attorney located in Chicago to review whatever lease you draft.
