Does anyone have a tip on getting names and contact owners for properties (listed or not)?

Keep in mind that I will have virtually zero sphere on influence contacts, aside from about 7 in-laws.

@Christopher Petrillo list source will give you what you need to get started but there are other ways to get lead contact info.

It was one of the few that would be equipped to handle those transitions and although I didn't have access to the data I was involved enough to make an educated guess on how many were being re-settled.
