Should I use a free lease found online or Pay a local LL for one

Hello all,

I am new to landlording and close on my first home at the end of this month. Should I pay a local landlord or Property management group to use their lease as a template/my own. Or is using a free one found from online sources just as good ? Also about how much would one pay ?  Any other recommendations/suggestions are welcomed

A local experienced real estate attorney will already have a lease they like and that complies with local law on their word processor. It would cost more for them to revise an internet lease that you bring in to them. Call a couple and ask about pricing.
