I'm working on obtaining my Real estate license and that's how I discovered Bigger Pockets so glad I did and it has been a life saver trying to figure things out and I also joined the atlantareia so thanks to Bigger Pocket and I look forward to meeting and talking to other members...

Im all about people having a good experience and taking less myself if need be, but if something significant was discovered during inspection theres no problem with everyone taking a little less, including seller.
