Currently laundry is leased out with coin operated machines, and the current PM company is in the process of transferring all utilities except trash back to all tenants with rents sitting between 495-550 with the lower ends being raised over time.The angel investor is  looking at 75%LTV, but I’m hoping I could broker the deal to bring the price down to compensate and still take advantage of the no money down.

I have heard some about each and I know that they are completely different but I am wondering if anyone can give me an unbiased comparison of both in terms of the following:- Training for new agents- Compensation- Flexibility (I live in Gainesville, FL for school but come home for summers to Orlando, FL)- Daily/weekly schedule- Benefits - Extra features (marketing help, etc.)Thanks so much guys!

So in my mind you need a higher return than investing in a more stable country to compensate for the additional risk.Adding in the personal use requirement to the equation changes things significantly.
