I sold this property on a lease option/contract for deed conversion and it now cash flows about $1,000/month after all expenses.

It has a good cash flow potential, but Ive heard mixed reviews on the area. 

It would be easier to buy an existing duplex or triplex but nobody is willing to sell because they cash flow so well.Any thoughts are appreciated.Thanks,
