that's what i try to do. and that's what i did on the last one. i was quoted 50 per cabinet installation and i installed them myself. saved $500 right there. i do my own plumbing, which saved over 2k on the last job. painting is something i dont like, but hate to pay 1000 per house (typical ranch house).

And then let her know that because you are adding the storage shed when the lease comes up that there is going to be a new addendum that adds the use of the storage shed, but restricts storing things in 'fire danger zones'There are a couple of storage sheds at Home Depot for a couple of hundred dollars.
