that's what i try to do. and that's what i did on the last one. i was quoted 50 per cabinet installation and i installed them myself. saved $500 right there. i do my own plumbing, which saved over 2k on the last job. painting is something i dont like, but hate to pay 1000 per house (typical ranch house).

Mainly cosmetic repairs nothing structural.I understand buying is only the first part of the equation in US I'm a buy and hold investor not a flipper want to ensure my places can rent well so I tend to want to renovate well so no issues renting.KITCHEN: INSTALL NEW HANDLES ON CABINETS.

That being said, how rare is it to come by a cash buyer who is able to put up five or six hundred thousand for a fix and flip?
