I was just looking for advice on what to do if I have yet to receive a denial letter for a rental application.

I have my Preapproval letter and funds just it seems I can’t find right property 

If someone books on VRBO or on a direct website then their calendar sync will block the dates on AirBNB, and I would then guess MashVisor will see it as a booking.If that's the case then if anything it probably does the opposite and over-counts it rather under since it is probably counting owner stays as bookings.

I was thinking I could mail them a hand written letter and just be honest and maybe they'll give me a holler when they're ready.

My portal has payment being processed and I got my approved letter emailed the other day to me but my portal started haven’t updated to payment been paid anyone have insight on this

All 1/1s very little amenities, but good location within walking a block to a new trendy downtown district.

We took a look at the house yesterday (entire block was closed off from traffic for the clean up and dumpsters, etc), and not only is the electrical panel cover rusted, but I am sure the HVAC ductwork/furnace/water heater were also all submerged, along with the central AC condenser outside the house. 

Good neighborhoods and high crime areas are sometimes separated by a single street/block.
