More reinforcing bar installation for the mat slab concrete foundation

I have previous experience subletting with Airbnb units and it was very profitable until my apartment barred tenants from doing it.

However, for quite a few years now code has required neutral and grounds to be separated. ie, neutral bar isolated.

On the health side, I am definitely working out more than I had been, as well (it was a fairly low bar, haha).

I do have the building code official's number on speed dial however.

I'm hoping to find a place in Colorado Springs CO- preferably 80906 zip code- to rent out as a corporate lease for 1 year.

There is a handy search bar in the upper right that makes it easy to find previous discussions, blogs, podcasts, and other resources.

Currently I have PCS orders there as an IT so barring some catastrophe I should be going there for sure.

Now with the impending crisis, rental property owners are being arm barred into dropping or foregoing rents and those who cannot or choose not to are being vilified by not only the public but even other property owners.  

Otherwise if everything is up to code I don't see how they would blame the property owner!
