As I had mentioned earlier, I am taking baby steps and will start with 1-2 rental properties in the first year and gradually start doing rehabs.

We bought the warranty as "insurance" because at the time we were about to have a second baby and we had to replace a car that was totaled by an out of control minivan.....we were hoping AHS would replace a unit of we found ourselves cash strapped at the time of failure.

I think not a lot of people ( those who are new to SS appliances) know that in order to keep it clean and shiny, they need to use a SS cleanser and  buff it dry with clean cloth/towel.  

They will not accept things such as flushable wipes, personal wipes, baby wipes, paper diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, wads of toilet paper, dental floss, balls of hair, paper towels, newspapers, grease, oil, table scraps, bones, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, rocks, or children’s toys.

He was already having wages garnished and property being seized by that time.There are some leeches out there who spend thousands on fancy vacations, expensive meals, expensive clothes, etc.

A quarterly inspection would reveal signs another person(s) may be living there; extra clothes, personal belongings, toiletries, etc.However, if they, or more specifically their guest, are causing a problem, catching them will give you the needed leverage to evict them if need be.
