Got two more apps this weekend that I had to decline, one had tens of thousands non-medical sent to collections, the other through some sleuthing I discovered had a "zoo" of 6 animals that they had no intention of parting with, so frustrating!

The place was completely trashed from a cleanliness standard and I was actually surprised that attractive females could live like animals (it was not simply trashed during the two day window from the evict notice, but rather longer term disgust with rotting trash, food, etc... nasty!).
