yes perhaps you are right, i am looking to get a tenant occupied home to have a property that is hassle free(minimum) for at least a few months is all, and i feel like some landlords get out its because they are afraid to raise the rent so in order to justify some prices a raise is needed.Im still new and i fully understand that, i have some cash but not enought to carry my mortgage which is already pretty low, as well as another house or two for more than a couple months

I have experience with re-habbing homes so i'm not afraid of the work however ive never done multi fam so I want to have  everything checked out to make sure this deal isnt just me being obsessive and too quick to pull the trigger.Also any specific advise on gathering investors for rehabs like this?

Its funny I can say the exact same thing. lol it only took me to age 38 and a lot of self work to stop being afraid and let go of many limiting beliefs.A good local group I have found out about is CFRI.
