My name is Scott.  I am frim Richmond, Virginia.  I started investing back in 2000.  When the market took a crash in 2007, I ended up losing alot.  Here it is 9 years later and I realize I miss house flipping.  A friend of mine told me about this site and the community of people who were here for support.  I am looking to get my feet back in and meet new people.  I have a full time job, so I was looking to start out part time and work my way to house flipping as my full time job.  I would eventually like to hold and rent properties at a later point.  So it is a pleasure to be a part of this community and I look forward to all the great education and the opportunity to meet new friends.
