I felt I could definitely beat that and drop my monthly payment by quite a bit, but so far the best I'm getting approved is only a $75/m reduction.

@Adam GlounerI agree with @Joshua Noth if you have a stable long-term tenant that is paying you on-time and not destroying the property they are worth their weight in gold.

They have been cordial tenants and no late payments etc. but have pushed back on weight/breed restrictions for pets and asked about support animals.

to tag along with this if you need or can afford it.. vehicles with 6k lb weight you can 100% depreciate year one ( although careful of recapture) This includes the Tesla X which I have bought two.. plus at the time I got the 7500 and state of Oregon 2500.00 we just got for my wife's Model Y and since she is a full time agent she can do normal write offs.

Again, I dont know your area, maybe there is enough draw, but thats a LOT of weight and risk put on one unit.
