There is also evidence of termite infestation (mud tubes in foundation wall).The rent is a little more than 1% of the purchase price; not great, but maybe OK for the Raleigh area.

Guys.You might be able to lower your flood insurance by putting foundation flood vents on two walls of your basement, crawlspace or garage.
