Thus being great PR vehicle for RE Investors while allowing us to have first access to value added properties.It is my understanding that there is no rule about a NFP making money - it just does not distribute profits in the same way.Thoughts?

:clap: I know a guy who did this.Another option is a heavy duty trailer if you are good at estimating the weight limits (what it can haul and what you need to pull a full trailer).In either case having a vehicle that you can move from one job to another to pick up small loads is a good idea.

Hey, lets put it this way, if I had $1mil, real estate would definitely be my vehicle of choice because my month 'passive' number/goal is much more than $4k per month, and I actually love holding land and being a landlord, but thats just because im a little sick in the head.
