What have you guys seen is the fastest and most effective way to screen and find potential tenants?

@Carly Christiansen I would imagine that if they meet your screening requirements that it should be fine.

For property owners and business owners, all I hear of is loan applications denied due to no funds left, I worry about those people being able to pay bills but that doesn't make for good tv so.....

Screen your tenants and don't be in a rush to get someone in.

Thorough screening helps but nothing can predict for a statewide closure of businesses.

This is below what majority of the credit check sites cost (I use cozy), so I am wondering what resources landlords in Rochester, NY have been using or how they go about screening.

For my next purchase I was most definitely see to it that all tenants have vacated as a part of the sale agreement (or I will require my own screening of current tenants).
