Hey Kyle,I'm not sure about the listing, but a few things to consider would be to offer virtual tours or video walkthroughs of the property to provide prospects with a comprehensive view of the space, especially if in-person viewings are limited or not feasible.

Depending on the size of the property (I'm assuming its an SFR), a home inspection will set you back $300 - $450.

There is a condo that is under my primary residence, (up down condo, townhouse set up), that I wanted to buy for a while.

Rates have limited my options over the past year, but now I have to find a solution asap that makes sense .
