Doing a Lease-Option Purchase deal in Raleigh / Durham North Carolina and wonder if anyone has knowledge of a bank that would setup a basic escrow / payment service whereby I can assure that my payments as the lessee are going to cover the mortgage instead of paying the home owner (lessor) directly.
