i know if I was the seller I would tell you to go pack sand, but that's just me

I’m also a realtor and just close a couple deals so I’ll be packing on reserves. 

I also like their idea of the content packs, but if EVERYONE is buying the same content, then no one has the advantage of placing for a top spot on Google.

All these items would cost under a couple hundred bucks but it's a write off AND it differentiates you from the pack.  

Pack the kids and wife off to Airbnb or someone's house or whatever when you do the main bathroom.

Part of me wants to start packing!

Some comments:Small gift: There are some handy gifts to give when tenants move-in (e.g. travel bag with toiletries since theirs may be packed away), but I haven't heard of new owners providing gifts.

But my fear was less than my desired to break away from the pack of the incarcerated to employment folks.

(just kidding, but there is a reason I asked).Many of the snowbirds want to be around other snowbirds and that means age restricted community. 55 and over with a couple waivers for over 40.12 years ago, wifey and I bought a VERY small park model in Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort.

It is a small RV park (12 spaces) mainly used by oilfield workers.
