A multi-member LLC would also be a good candidate for a good tax person - a third party , that must also be paid for yearly like the tax return .

This tenant has given every indication that they can’t resist from the continued sniping and repeated communication issues so I’m sure the warning will show signs of good faith that I tried to make the situation work and she did not comply.

I reached out to realtors in my target area, & they set me to receive emails when multi-family homes in my target price show up on the market. 

I have 20 years of experience with selling multi-family property with 5 plus units and more. 

To me, this is something you would just buy as a unique primary residence, the only issue would be if you needed the income to qualify.

I actually want to buy a multi-family in Cleveland too.
