Is the listing agent going to have their best interests in mind? 

For reference, I am a PM company owner with around 70 listings. 

We have it listed at a great price and it SOLD in 1 day!

i was hoping to be added to a couple wholesaler lists for multifamily properties.

The owner is (or should be) named as the landlord on the lease, with the PM listed as agent for the owner.  

When I finished my closing There is an attached rider ( 1-4 Family Rider, assignment of rents) to the deed stating that Covenant Item 6 of the Security Deed is deleted.

what I'm not sure of yet is how the bill will impact the double close strategy if you're not licensed. in any case if there are any investors (experienced) who are interested in being on my buyers list let me know!

I just ask them to let me list deals on the back end when they do end up selling.

I've spotted some trends in the STR market and am eager for some insights.It appears there's a surge in new listings, causing occupancy rates to dip even as booked nights go up.

Mainly because the essential repairs were standard safety items, or necessary cosmetic updates.
