Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

If you are a buy and hold investor your risk profile as a property owner goes up and having an LLC becomes more important.

I am not 100% certain of/if there is any tax benefit(s) but given my plan to hold forever it seems like having everything under one umbrella makes the most sense in the long term.

Avoid short-term debt so you can hold it as a rental👍 

When people are moving out, I usually don't hold them to that standard, BUT when I'm giving a notice to them, I have to follow the state law.  2.

A BRRRR (Buy, renovate, rent, refi, repeat) is NOT turnkey (already renovated and ready to rent) by common definition.  

My goal is to start with a solid foundation, and I would prefer to hold this property for the long term, making enhancements as needed.This property is in an area with many homes built around 1900.
