Not living at the property it seems like a waste to purchase wifi or piggyback of a tenant's network and the need for real time alerts seems unneeded for an investment property.The important features to me seem to be: high quality, motion sensored or rolling recording, night vision, and internal storage. 

I have spent the last couple of years in commercial development specifically storage facilities, but I want to learn how to flip houses.

If i had the roads, electric water ready to go and I was building 22 Duplexs, 1 floor- 3x2 1400 sq ft living apace and 1000 sq foot garage storage per unit to make 44 units total-  Who should I talk to about the time it takes to build out say 5 duplex's or 10 units- trying to learn about how long it takes to get this all traditionally built. 

This will make the basement more of a storage / laundry area.

My wife will be scanning all of the receipts and will add a link to the receipt that is located in our shared Dropbox storage with each entry. 

There are 3 exam rooms with room for a 4th, a friendly and functional reception area with customer seating and front office, customer restroom, private office with bathroom, work area, break room, and storage room.

If you have scale, than it may make sense to keep extra supplies in a storage area within the homes or nearby.

You also will not likely get away with replacing rooms of carpet or certain other depreciated assets unless you can produce records showing they are less than 5 years old.Items we add to tenant restrictions are 1) no outside storage (or under house, attic, as appropriate); 2) no window AC without approval (to ensure proper installation that will not damage the property or create hazard); 3) Quiet Hours 10 PM - 8 AM Daily;   4) All vehicles must be currently licensed, insured, and operable; 5) if tenant responsible for yard service, must be maintained at least every 15 days; 6) Assistance Animal Policy (attached as addendum to rental agreement).

Then, add to your agreement that no storage is allowed under the house.
