top agents in most higher priced markets make well over 1 million a year and of course some of the rock stars in say Manhatton or Beverly hills type areas probably can do 5 times that in commission income.. but I know they will spend a lot on marketing  bill boards  big catered open houses etc etc.

Don't ask if that day works for them; just schedule it and do it.Let them know the requirements (no open food containers, remove pets, etc.) and send a reminder the day prior.

Not to get political, but if the current budget passes, it could dramatically effect lower income tenants if there food stamps are cut and SSI benefit for one of their children are cut.
