Most of the time, when real estate contracts are done and there are dates for certain things to be accomplished, they are tentative and most frequently are changed with a dates addendum.

You should ask if there are any easements on the lot meaning right of ways established for whatever reason but frequently those right of ways are created to give the adjoining lot access to a publish road or a utility company access for their service equipment.

Check with the tenants frequently.  

Also if someone can help me with these questions :1) who is responsible for kitchen ventilation fan, the landlord or the tenant?

I myself live on the Eastern side of CT and frequently travel to Fairfield County, I prefer to keep my money on the eastern side where properties are cheaper and the rents are still good.

They put about 12 large fans and dehumidifiers all throughout the basement and left them run continuously for 8 days.

In addition, they are not big fans of Single Family properties from a buy and hold perspective.

I'm not a fan of cats though, in fact I was looking at a property today that as soon as we opened the door, you were about knocked over by the smell of cat urine.
