Due Diligence buying a lot...
I'm looking to buy a lot to build a single family home, in the Charleston, SC area. I've never done this before, as this will be my first real estate investment property and I want to make sure I cover all my bases.
What kind of due diligence should I do to insure that this lot is suitable for a home? (zoning, water/sewer, power, HOAs, etc)
Any spec home investor have a checklist out there?
Thanks for the help! Happy investing
