MLS is quiet this time of year and I thought maybe I’d get lucky.

From online research, I was able to find out that other cities in Ohio tax all your income (w2 & rental income) if you own a property there & some give you a small credit for taxes paid to other cities.My question is, if I buy a property in Cleveland (or a CLE suburb), would my w2 income be taxable in Cleveland (or a CLE suburb)?

I'm looking for recommendations on:- Experienced attorneys or firms that specialize in forming LLCs and trusts in Wyoming and Illinois.- Insights on the best practices for structuring these entities for optimal asset protection and tax efficiency.- Any potential pitfalls to watch out for during this process.If anyone has navigated a similar setup or has referrals to professionals who can help, I would be extremely grateful for your input!
