I am 21 graduating from college this May from Liberty University with an economics degree, I will return home to Dallas, Texas to begin my masters degree at UT Arlington in City and Urban Planning.

I am thinking this because a) kids probably prefer carpet, b) parents probably prefer carpet under most conditions for their kids and c) if it's three college kids then they won't much care.

It's not college ghetto but my city does have a big student body (5+ colleges, and a university).

I won't be able to get my license until summer because of my 2 jobs (Apparently I have to take college courses for a license and not just pass the test) and no real money for a year or more.

., I will take all of my savings and put it into real estate instead of into an IRA, 401(k), etc.Now, I am still in college and have yet to get a decent paying W2 job so I am still searching for the best way to invest my future income.

A college degree, for example, requires a significant capital investment in order to qualify you for many jobs. 

Most of their reps are young kids straight  out of college who just got a RE license and are very sales aggressive.
