@Brian C.The partnership return has to be based on the partnership agreement.If you are not included on the partnership agreement, then the partnership should not show you as a partner.What should have happen is that a new LLC should have been created with a partnership agreement showing 33% ownership for the 3 members which then proceeded to purchase property #6.Two partnership returns would be filedPartnership return #1 which owns properties 1-5 and is owned by 2 people each owning 50%Partnership return #1 which owns property 6 and is owned by 3 people each owning 33%

(h) Notwithstanding any provision of this section to the contrary, if a landlord proceeding under the provisions of subsection (b)(3) has actual knowledge or is notified of a protection from abuse order entered for the protection of the tenant or a member of the tenant's immediate family, the landlord shall refrain from disposing of or otherwise exercising control over the personal property of the tenant for thirty days from the date of the notice.

However, they did cut a big check to leave, so those proceeds help cover the mortgage costs and other utilities they are no longer covering until we can lease it up again.
