hello fellow investors, i had asked a question earlier this morning regarding, how i should proceed in purchasing my first home. Through out the day on twitter i read an interesting article regarding NACA, well after reading about the program and a 15 year mortgage with lower than the usual monthly payment and the interest rate incredibly low . I guess my question to you all, would it be best for me to go NACA route and own a home much sooner than the traditional 30 year mortgage?? thanks for your time investors
