It will be costly if you are only replacing carpet and only have 2 guys working, an average guy can lift 70 lbs without much effort.

I always recommend vinyl plank flooring, but that comes with a steep price tag ~$4/sqft compared to carpet $1-$2/sqft (of course carpet is priced per sqyd, but I converted to compare apples to apples)
