I can see how this strategy can be so POWERFUL!

My wife and I have been investing for the past 3 years and have seen the power!

Its not about credits...its about big data and analytics.

Everything starts with a B, A is where you and I would live, cant make money there .  

same with power.. these are generational tricks of the trade handed down .. 

Be sure to look at items besides radios too - TNCs (radio modems), power supplies, antennas, rotators, towers, boxes of tubes - especially those the size of a tennis ball or larger - those can be expensive high-power tubes, which we still use in linear (power) amplifiers. 

What some people do in expensive markets though is look for poorly managed/needs complete remodel multi units at a large discount that you renovate with your own workers and you can make a good amount of cash from the negotiation alone and compound that with the power of efficiently renovating it.

If legit where they are getting less income, I will do everything in my power to help those people, but so far all I have seen is persons doing just fine financially.
