In my area there are MLS overlaps between numerous MLS's [which has been the subject of a lawsuit] as such you can occasionally find a prop. listed  on the "wrong" MLS which are listed on public sites such as Zillow etc. but not on the common MLS for that area.

I agree with others who have written that $1000/m surplus is likely too ambitious. more likely, NONE of your own living expenses (other than free rent) will be covered unless 1: you have bought in a seedy area, OR, you get VERY lucky with buying a super bargain.Of course, I could be wrong.

In reality, it's 3 days of marketing designed to hook you into one of the "training" packages they will hit you with the third day ranging from $4,997 all the way up to $24,997.The spell will be broken when you have maxed out your credit cards and exhausted your savings without ever learning enough to do one deal.Don't get me wrong.
